Our pre-sale site doesn't differentiate between "visitor" and club member. Guessing you guys are trying to buy from the Ryman's pre-sale site.

I'm a registered user, however the presale page will not accept my user name and password. I was able to purchase tickets in the tier two level, however REALLY want to be in tier one. The site allowed me to purchase as a "visitor" but not a club member. Are the tier one tickets reserved soley for the members? Anyone have a clue how to get those??
